Welcome again, today I want to make sure you are aware of a couple of need to know issues before you start your home base work, or starting to make money from home.
When deciding on what you want to dowhen looking at home base business opportunities, you need to look at the following:
- Why do you want to have a home base business?
- You want to do it solo, or with a partner?
- Will it be a brick and mortar type of business or Virtual?
- How much finance do you have?
- Do you need more finance and where can you get finance?
- How much risk do you want to take?
- What will be your end result?
- What qualities do you need as an entrepreneur?
- What are your interests?
- Do you need coaching or a Mentor?
I think I should stand still at a topic and discuss it so you can get a clear idea of what you need to know. If you already know these things, lets see this as a revision or maybe you can comment and give the rest of my readers more tips.
Why do you want to have a home base business?
- Cut on Traveling time
- Cut on Traveling cost
- Clothing expenditure
- No more expensive “need to have” gadgets because you need to compete with a colleague
- More time with your family
- Be able to be with children and spouse while also be in “office”
- Create free time when you need it
- No more specific office hours
- Can take vacation when you can schedule it
- Be able to create passive income
- You can create a virtual office and always be available anywhere in the world
- Be in control of your income
- Be financially free
- Cannot be fired from employment
- You are in control of the economy, not outside forces
There is probably much more things, but lets stop here.
What is the negative sideof having a home base business:
- No work, no pay
- You work much longer hours
- Most of the time, you take your work home
- Family interfere just when you can’t afford it
- You start loosing your contacts
- If you are solo, you loose contact with the real world
I still love what I’m doing, so the negative side is something you need to deal with on your own way.
The freedom it create, is what counts for me. I’m in control of my destiny.
